ABNOX Dosing Device AXDD
With the AXDD Dosing Device, you can make your greasing processes even more efficient and cleaner. Thanks to this Dosing System, the shortest delivery, set-up and commissioning times can be guaranteed, as only the customised Application Nozzle needs to be adapted to your original component. This Dosing Device with manual release can be used in a variety of ways. The AXDD can be easily integrated into existing workstations and/or assembly lines. Connect the Pump and Compressed-air, set the dispensing quantity - done!
Regardless of the industrial sector, this AXDD Lubrication System has quickly established itself as a popular standard product and is used worldwide. Equipped with a Metering Valve, this compact all-rounder for applying lubricants is characterised by its simple handling. The component to be lubricated is placed on the application head and briefly pressed down, whereupon the dispensing process is triggered automatically.
This Dosing Device ensures the uniform greasing of small and large parts as well as simple or complex components. This Dosage Unit also allows the user to connect different application heads and exchange them with each other within a short time. ABNOX offers four Metering Valves with individual control for this purpose. The Dosage Unit therefore enables efficient lubricant dosing for different components without changing nozzles, provided the quantity to be applied is within the dosing capacity of the four Metering Valves. The grease quantity is adjusted directly at the Valve - and remains unchanged for each process.
Thanks to the standardised concept, the AXDD can be easily converted, e.g. if a component or process is modified. 2-fold Version creates even more possibilities! If, for example, a user wants to grease two different components without having to change the Nozzle, the AXDD is also available as a 2-fold Version - i.e. with two application heads and two Dosing Valves.
